  15. Please help... I have recently purchase a 14.4 internal modem that uses Rockwell RC144dDP chip.

  17. I Would like to set the modem to use COmM 3 and IRQ 5, but I have not manual.

  19. There are 8 jumpers setting on the modem, label JP1, JP2, JP3, JP4, JP5, JP6, JP7 and JP8.

  21. by the way, the modem current setting is COM2 and IRQ3, with JP1, JP4 and JP6 closed.
